ANSVIS layout does not match my screen

Make sure your screen is at least 1600 x 900px, and scale is 100%.

I can't see the model or custom task pages

Go to Setting and ensure Advanced View is turn on.

How many camera can I add to ANSVIS?

You can add as many cameras as you want.

How many AI Tasks can I create for one camera?

You can create as many tasks as you want for one camera, but cannot exceed the total tasks of the license key

How many AI Task can I create/run in ANSVIS Server?

The maximum number of tasks you can create/run depend on your license key you use

Update updating license, the maximum number of tasks I can create does not update

Please restart your PC after updating a new license.

AI Task shows Error/ Starting Up status or not running

Please ensure that all AI models has finished optimization and your camera is active. If the issue is still persists, please try restarting the ANSVIS Server

ANSVIS shows random system issue

You may encounter some issues related to model, camera or AI task. Make sure you have latest ANSVIS version installed, GPU and CPU driver is up-to-date. If the issue is still persists, please contact us.
